It is continuously staffed from 10-4 each weekday. This service is available for Lincolnshire residents and calls are charged at 5p a minute (mobile phone charges may be higher).
If the lines are engaged or the call is made out of working hours, a series of pre-recorded messages and options will guide you to appropriate up-to-date advice.
